Through the National Joint Registry, I receive feedback on how well my patients are doing. 

Surgeons can be rated on their revision rate (numbers of operations that require re-doing and from patient reported outcome scores. 

I am proud to claim that my revision rates are very low, and my outcome scores are better than the national average.
